John Lewis Gallery Space Competition

Hello there, this a blogpost for you! With Somewhereto_ , I have helped launch the John Lewis Gallery Space Competition, a collaboration between John Lewis department store on Oxford Street in London and somewhereto_. Some of you may remember I exhibited 'London Towers' at John Lewis last year!

What to do: Young people between the ages of 16-25 are being invited to submit a photo piece of their artwork/photography/animation etc (ANY piece from their portfolio) they have created with an accompanying 100-word mission statement (why they want to be showcased in the John Lewis gallery space and what they’d want to showcase).

How to enter: Simples! Submit via the competition on our somewhereto_ Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/somewhereto/app_448952861833126. Each entrant is required to ‘Like’ the page before applying.

The grand prize: 10 winners will be selected by John Lewis and me! Before having their work exhibited in the John Lewis gallery space in July.

Deadline: June 23rd

It would be fantastic if you could help enter this competition or even share this opportunity to anyone you know who might be interested. Its great opportunity for exposure, so don't hesitate to enter.

John Lewis Chronicle

The recent exhibition and live drawing has been featured in John Lewis Chronicle,  a weekly in-house magazine!  The exhibition has also been extended until 22nd August, so you still have time to check out London Towers. :)
